Will you be our first Food Safety Coordinator (m/f) (one year contract as a start - full time) for our Netherlands team in Utrecht?

There will be traveling involved, to the shops located all around Netherlands and to the Central Kitchen, which will be located in Amsterdam.
In our small but fast growing team, your mission will be to ensure the food safety of our products, the performance of our processes.

Your tasks:

• You will ensure that all processes, from suppliers to production to shops, meet all quality control requirements (food safety, temperature, cleanliness, etc.)
• You will implement HACCP standards and methods and follow them daily
• You will cooperate with production teams, the head of operations and the international quality control department
• You will support teams when introducing new products or opening production units / central kitchens
• You will conduct internal audits and training
• You will organize and implement hygiene audits and sample control

Your profile:

• You must have a first experience in food safety, ideally in an industrial environment for food production
• You can work some night shifts, mainly at the beginning of the mission, and sometimes during the weekends
• You have knowledge of labelling (legal obligations etc.)
• You master HACCP systems and regulations related to quality

• You have already set up and documented processes
• An experience with IFS or BRC audits would be a plus
• You have a good level of Dutch and English, and do not fear exchanges in Visio or by phone in these languages
• You are reliable, precise, but also able to work well in a team. You have good communication skills both written and oral
