Key responsibility areas
• Acting as project manager, managing and coordinating projects in parallel, ensuring achievements of high quality results within expected/reasonable timelines and budget constraints.
• Prepare the agendas of the diverse governance bodies and facilitate decision making.
• Providing status reports to track and monitor project KPIs and follow-up actions.
• Maintaining project log and documentation within the agreed space and norms.
• Provide insights and inputs to the overall change management discussions.
• Read, analyse and share relevant documentation and summaries. Many of our projects are regulatory driven.
Education & experience
• Minimum Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or Information Technology.
• Total minimum years of experience: 7 years
o 3-10 years as a project, program manager or business analyst.
o 5-10 years in a financial environment, preferably related to a complex IT framework.
Key knowledge and competencies
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Strong PowerPoint and MS Excel capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
Soft skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and cross-cultural awareness.
• Excellent administration skills and ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
• Ability to find consensus and reach progress despite potentially diverging opinions.
• Willingness to understand technically complex topics and provide hands-on support if possible.
• Professional and dedicated, ability to be concise without missing key elements.
