Continuous Improvement Manager

Your role
This role will support the General Manager to embed and deploy various Operational Excellence tools and techniques to engage a culture of continuous improvement supporting the change of culture and mindset to improve site performance.
Deliver OE training, improvement projects and analysis of KPIs to help deliver site OE plans.
Support the overall site strategy OE improvement programme, being participant in relevant Daily Routine Management reviews and projects. Participate in improvement projects supporting delivery of PIP’s to deliver best in class operational excellence.
Provide data analysis and trending of data to identify top priorities for improvement.
What you’ll need
• Knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies (PDCA)
• Strong data manipulation experience through Microsoft packages
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage people within a changing environment
• An excellent communicator; able to liaise with varying stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
• Good financial acumen
