ABOUT THIS JOB:

The Associate Director of Process Operations performs a critical role between content technology platforms and the teams of people who create the content that drives customer experience. The position is responsible for contributing to the development, embedding, and monitoring of a significant portion of the Omnichannel digital transformation ambition. This role covers multiple regions, some of the key activities for which are noted below:


• Development of end-to-end content operations standards, governance frameworks, monitoring mechanisms, and other efficiency and operational management tools.
• Establish new and simplified processes in collaboration with Legal, E&C and RA and for the efficient operation of content processes (including content reuse, content efficiency, content distribution, and content effectiveness measurement)
• Partner with the Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics Lead and CDMS team for the management of customer consent and preference management.
• Responsible for the processes that deliver inclusion and integration of relevant customer experience data enhancing omnichannel operation and marketing plans
• Work with the change management team on streamlining/standardization and of the content operation globally, whilst enabling local teams to enhance local customer experience.
• Understand the strategic needs of the broader OCO business to support OCO digital transformation ambition
• Operates as a key member of the Omnichannel Operations team championing overall organizational ambitions

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Solid experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and/or a multinational corporation with global operations and local footprint
• Significant content operations including digital strategy, digital marketing, and other multi-channel and content delivery roles
• Experience working with content operations platforms such as digital asset management or content management systems
• Able to diagnose and develop business process diagrams, optimize workflows, and translate process complexity into operational simplicity
• Aware of current innovation in content operations and other forward-looking developments
• Communication and presentation skills including the ability to influence
• Experience leading, managing or working on complex project-based initiatives
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience working across complex negotiation and other process-related delivery models

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Operational expert with six sigma or other operational efficiency training, able to dive into the details and ensure proper considerations and frameworks built to ensure repeated process success
• Multiple experiences across geographies within cross-continent organization (e.g., Americas, Europe and Japan)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree
