As an Executive Chef you will be directly responsible for the kitchen area including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards, training of employees in methods of cooking, plate presentation, portion and cost control, productivity, hygiene, food cost, menu design, menu engineering, nutrition, workplace safety, and quality control.
