About the role
As the Dim Sum Chef you'll be an absolute Dim Sum Master! You'll be prepping and cooking our luxury Dim Sum and teaching other chefs your honed skills.Position is 5 afternoon/evenings per week and there may be some late nights in their too.
About you
You'll come with a minimum of 4 years' experience within a professional kitchen and be super passionate about cooking, your career and the quality of your work. You'll have experience with Dim Sum in a luxury restaurant environment or if not you'll have some skills in the art of Dim Sum and be keen to learn from the experts. You'll be known for your warm, friendly personality and your desire to showcase your talents. You'll be eager to learn and grow and your creativity will shine through in your dish development. Working nights and weekends will be your jam!
