All about the role:
In this position, you will be joining the Accounts Payables Team of a listed
company. As an Accounts Payable Accountant your responsibilities are as follows:
• Process Supplier Invoices
• Maintain Supplier Master Data
• Accounts Payable mailbox handling
• Process weekly payments
• Signal and report bottlenecks and contribute to suggestions for improvement
• Interact with business partners to support & improve purchase-to-pay workflow
• Work closely together with accounting team for month-end close purposes
• Ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested
• Report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor
Can you deliver…
• Good communication skills
• 2-5 years’ work experience in Accounts Payable
• Easy navigating in ERP systems
• MS office/Excel knowledge
• Initiative and proactive nature
• You are a team player, but you also work independently
• Fluent in English is a must
