Job Summary
As a Lead Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) work closely with Supply chain and QHSSE manager to oversee compliance of quality requirements. Responsible to review production processes to ensure manufactured products meet the specified Quality Control Plans before delivery to end customers.
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and implement QA procedures, specifications. Ensure the QA/QC works are adequately planed, organized, and carried out to the right level of quality.
Monitor compliance to client product requirements and technical standards. Perform QA/QC on and off-site through product manufacturing life cycle.
Develop general and customer specific Quality Plans & Inspection matrixes
Raise Corrective Action/Non-conformance reports as required and monitors development.
Drive the continuous improvement of the quality control system
Follow-up on Client specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) including preparing and follow-up with 3rd party inspector. Facilitate Pre-production meeting and coordinate TPI according to relevant QCP
Assist in quality control where needed, especially in conjunction with client QCPs
Perform receival control of metallic and non-metallic documents
Collect requested documentations given in QCPs (Manufacturing Data Book)
Supervise and control document management process. Review and distribute requested quality control documents internally and externally.
Work closely with Supply chain and Completion manager to review contractual gaps and requirements.
Work closely with supplier to track manufacturing life cycle, carry out performance review and propose improvement opportunities.
Interactions with discipline specialists in Engineering departments
Responsible and able to assess the existing testing and measurement methods followed by supplier and as part of or as accompaniment to the standard QC process.
QHSE Responsibilities:
Understand and follow Interwell policies and relevant procedures
Take an active part in compliance and improvement of the Interwell QHSE systems
Responsible for acting in an inclusive manner and to support and respect individual identities
Responsible for their own and others wellbeing, health and safety at work, including the reporting of any accidents, incidents & near misses
Requirements:
BSc or MSC degree within an Engineering discipline
Structured, systematic, and accurate. Team player and Service minded
Preferable ISO 9001 & API Q1 Quality management system knowledge
Preferable internal external and lead Auditor experience
Preferable 5 years’ experience in similar position
Fluent English – oral and written. Effective communication to interact well with internal and external customers/suppliers.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
