Key Responsibilities:
*Manage QHSE Americas strategic plan as Project Management Officer (PMO) for the team. Maintain the master plan, ensure milestone attainment and effective change management.
*Develop, implement, and manage QHSE Americas communications strategy and platform to drive engaging and real-time communications across sites.
*Lead continuous improvement projects within QHSE that span across multiple locations and multiple business lines and divisions
*Ensure framework in place for regular KPI reporting
*Be the liaison between QHSE and other teams, including being subject matter expert (SME) for new technology solutions, apps, mobile technology, and other platforms
*Project work about 70%, Admin work 10% and 20% ad hoc requests, including team administrative support
Requirements
*Bachelor Degree in Quality, HSE, Engineering, or Business is strongly preferred
*3+ years of work experience in technical Quality, HSE
*1-3 years of project planning work experience in a corporate business environment
*Proven track record communicating at all levels of the organization and collaborating with key stakeholders
*Analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative *problems and prioritize work
*Digital and technology savvy with deep understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
