OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an Assistant/ PM Construction Administrator to provide quality partnership for the SLR Design Build Team to satisfy the project goals with regards to the scheduled completion, quality and profitability thus ensuring a project that meets SLR expectations. The Assistant Construction Administrator will have multiple project responsibilities and will report to the Quality Project Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES

*Provide administration support to the Quality Project Manager
*Duties and Responsibilities: -
-Administer the contract for construction including processing RFIs, Submittals, change orders, and supplemental instructions, verifying architectural and engineering plans, specifications and SLR program requirements. Revisions, -As-Builts, Conformed Documents and Project Close-Out reports. Maintains well organized filing systems that permits timely retrieval of documents.
-Attend OAC meeting and Assist in Generating Field Reports
-Assist in Fitwel Certification via Documentation – Training will be provided.
-Uses standard protocol for communication with and between team members, to include the owner, architect/engineer team, contractor staff and subcontractors. Prepares timely and complete meeting minutes and field reports.
-Assist with Lean Process of reducing redundancy practices.

REQUIREMENTS

*Education: College degree within the Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management industry
*Experience: 5+ years within the multifamily, mixed-use or hospitality industry with experience with both wood frame construction and concrete construction.
*Possess strong communication and organizational skills. A team player who possesses a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a high level of professionalism and who can handle multiple project assignments.
*Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
*Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel. AutoCAD and/or Revit , InDesign preferred but not required.
