Organization-Support Functions

Job Responsibilities

*Providing day to day support to the QHSE Manager
*Administer / Reconcile Company Safety Database Reporting
*Prepare and maintain required QHSE records and reports
*Coordinate and compile audit findings shared from industry, customer or company performed audits
*Maintain audit action items communicate their stat to relevant station leaders
*Assist in the development/deployment of QHSE Campaigns
*Distribute QHSE Communications, Safety Alerts, Audit Findings, Lessons Learned
*Maintain QHSE Communication Distribution Lists
*Collect Reporting from station department leaders
*Prepare and maintain required QHSE records and reports
*Assure new on the job injuries, equipment damage, property or environmental claims are communicated to the QHSE *Team and appropriate Third Party Admins (TPA’s)

Qualifications and Competencies

*Self-Starter, able to prioritize and organize targeted and strategic projects or assignments
*Able to deal with a wide range of situations and personalities, good interpersonal skill
*Able to work well under pressure and maintain a team spirit and cooperative attitude
*Detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills and consistent
*Ability to move back and forth between the strategic and tactical aspects of the role, set priorities and produce results under challenging conditions with tight deadlines
*Strong verbal, auditory & written communication skills
*Computer literate, with proficient skills in MS-Office suite of programs, strong in Excel is preferred
*Team player and leader
*Occasional overnight travel may occur, less than 2% a year
*Other duties as identified in support of the QHSE function
