Are you a customer focused, subject matter expert using your Six Sigma methodology and project management skills to drive change? Assist us with strategic initiatives that cross business teams as a Black Belt Consultant. Your skills make defining simplified processes using data easy and you enjoy contributing to the value story of a 200+ person team. You'll investigate and potentially solution a variety of challenges, create/deliver presentations to senior leadership and ensure project documentation is accurate so you are able to execute on time and within scope. You are comfortable with ambiguity, value quality and have a strong desire to serve a varied team. You appreciate the importance of data, recognize issues and mitigate risks and understand how to communicate to colleagues and leaders. You will also work on ad hoc projects as assigned and be a primary driver of change with compassion and understanding. You will be able to present compelling stories that support change and exhibit compassion when overseeing governance of newly defined operational standards. Black Belt Six Sigma Certification is required and Project Management Office (PMO) is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

*Six Sigma Black Belt certification
*4+ years of project management administration and/or project management experience driving change
*2+ years of experience tracking, planning projects, working with objective and subjective data
*Moderate to advanced MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree
-Initiation, establishment and Governance within a Project Management Office (PMO)
-Meeting facilitation, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
-Ability to communicate complex ideas to reach a varied audience * Operations or shared services experience
-Service oriented, consumer focused individual that exhibits compassion when re-imagining work and recommending simplified solutions

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
