Challenges You Will Solve

As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will have a critical role in building and spreading a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement at Red Canary. This includes partnering with teams across the organization to help analyze, guide and consult on refining processes and systems to help ensure effective operations. You will also grow this culture by training team members in continuous improvement methodologies. Through your leadership, analytical skills, innovation, and teaching abilities, you will help Red Canary achieve its objectives.

What You'll Do

-Lead and support Operational Excellence initiatives throughout the organization by understanding the processes, finding opportunities, and developing improvements.
-Use and guide teams through operational excellence process improvement tools to understand current state gaps and root causes, and then identify and communicate design requirements for solutions, both process and technology related.
-Develop and participate in strong, cross functional teams across organization departments to find opportunities to achieve company objectives.
-Proficiently own, lead, and complete projects toward objectives within areas directed.
-Train and coach project team members in continuous improvement tools and methodologies to develop a company culture of operational excellence.
-Support project initiatives by providing technical, statistical, data, and time observation analysis to inform solutions.
-Create and document standards of work based on identified process improvements.

What You'll Bring

-3+ years of experience with process improvement, operational excellence, lean, or 6 sigma.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Quickly able to learn and understand new processes and systems.
-Able to methodically identify problems and opportunities and then create solutions.
-Self-motivated and proactive.
-Experience with training and coaching teams in operational excellence methodologies.
-Experience leading teams through identifying and resolving complex issues, and implementing solutions to resolve problems.
-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, preferred
-Experience working within a technology company, preferred
-Targeted base salary range: $75,000-$100,000 + bonus eligibility and equity depending on experience.
