Our services have also expanded beyond the kitchen to include groceries - Shop Kitopi, subscription-based meal plans, and a first-of-its-kind on-demand food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Kitopi currently operates more than 60 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain, thanks to more than 2000 amazing Kitopians.

With our expansion in the existing and new markets, the execution of operational standards is paramount to our long-term success. At Kitopi we recognize that Operational excellence is at the foundation of everything we do to satisfy the Brands we represent and the customers we serve. To consolidate and optimize ongoing operational initiatives we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the new function of Operations Services
What You'll Do
-“Guardian” of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs Library)
-Facilitates the deployment and monitors the adoption of the OPS Playbook across all cloud kitchens
-Supports training function in “translating” SOPs into training programs
-Lead projects i.g. scheduling, inventory management, cost control;
-Responsible to continuously optimize existing tools and processes
-Monitors and reports operating audits
-Serves as a communication hub between Support Team and OPS Team in the kitchens
-Owns and coordinates with other functions all existing and future initiatives being implemented in satellite kitchens (project tracker)
What Are We Looking For?
-Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
-F&B or restaurant experience in a mid-size or large organization
-Experienced in project management and capable to use PM tools (Asana, Excell etc)
-Passion for service and continuous improvement
-Great organizational skills, self-discipline and diligence
-High level of confidence in managing upwards and dealing with different stakeholders in organization
-Strong analytical skills and ease in navigating thru different data sources
