To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Food Safety Coordinator. Based at our Regency Park site you will lead the site in achieving food safety compliance by ensuring procedures, checkpoints, standards, and requirements relating to the food safety program and agenda are maintained and readily available for auditing purposes.

Key Accountabilities:

-Ensure relevant procedures and programs are understood by relevant individuals and executed effectively and timely.
-Lead and conduct monthly AIB audits driving continues improvements.
-Maintain and continuously improve the master sanitation schedule and achieve all sections of the cleaning programs including verification.
-Ensure compliance to the national personal hygiene program
-Provide backfill support in the absence of the quality manager.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

-Minimum three years in a food manufacturing environment.
-Degree qualified or equivalent in Food Science.
-Knowledge of HACCP systems and the requirements.
-Knowledge of processing and packaging equipment
-Must be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
