About the Role:

We have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Chef Manager, who is passionate about cooking, enjoys using their cooking skills to create quality food while supporting the Chef Manager and team to deliver the very best in catering and service - this position is for 32 hours per week. Early morning shifts available and some weekend work required over a rostered basis.

You will be responsible for:

-Preparing and cooking a wide range of food items to a consistently high standard
-Assisting the Chef Manager with menu development
-Responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the Chef Manager
-Achieve all safety, hygiene and food quality targets

Skills and Experience:

To hit the ground running you will demonstrate;

-The highest standards of food and occupational safety and hygiene
