For our Consumer Products Division, we are looking for a talented marketer to join the Benelux Skincare marketing team in the role of Online Brand Manager. The division is made up of the categories Skincare, Haircare & Styling, Coloration and Make-Up. Each category is managed by a Business Leader, to whom you will report.

Purpose of the role

As Online Brand Manager, you will be responsible for organising and supporting the activation of our brands via online channels. You do this through content optimisation, campaign support, performance analysis and the creation of an online 'brand experience', with the ultimate goal: maximum visibility and sell-out.

This is what you are going to do

Contributing to the e-commerce strategy together with the Retail Brand Manager and the e-commerce team.

· Manage and execute Skincare brand activation campaigns on our online shopping channels in the Benelux.
· Optimising online findability with the aim of increasing sell-out and market share.
· Creating, analysing & optimising online shopping, brand and event content.
· Managing and coordinating the ratings & reviews strategy.
· Implementing and adjusting the SEO/SEA strategies of the brand websites.
· Managing and disseminating online shopper insights.
· Researching or creating new ideas and best practices in e-commerce, both locally and internationally.

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

To carry out this role successfully, you will work with:
· Product Brand Managers, making the plans for the brands (launches & media support) based on consumer insights and consumer journey;
· Retail Brand Managers, who translate the brand plans into differentiated retailer plans;
· Trade marketer and e-commerce team with whom you have a close cooperation to implement activation plans at the customers;
· Other digital specialists from our multidisciplinary CMO team;
· International digital teams and zone managers in Paris;
· The Brand Business Leader, to whom you will report.

What qualities and education do you need for this job

Completed relevant Academic master's degree.

· Good knowledge of Dutch and English in word and writing, French would be a plus (but not a requirement).
· You have a passion for marketing and an interest in e-commerce.
· You have affinity with beauty and/or skincare.
· You are analytical when possible, pragmatic when necessary.
· You care about details
· You are able to quickly and effectively engage with internal and external contacts/stakeholders.
· You can handle the pressure and dynamics of an ambitious FMCG environment.
· You are persuasive and results-oriented.
· You have strong social and communication skills.
