Find out how a career as a Quality Control Manager can change yours. We are actively seeking a Quality Control Manager for USACE projects in the Mid-West and West Coast regions.

As a Quality Control Manager your key responsibilities will be to oversee, plan, coordinate and implement project quality control activities and functions of a project in accordance with company quality control plan and project contract requirements; ensure compliance of project work with project contract documents; record and document quality activities and maintain quality records.

-You have in depth knowledge and experience on relevant USACE projects

What it takes:

-Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction Quality Control Manager on Federal Contracted Construction, or 5 years as Alternate QCM - Required
-Relevant Heavy Civil Construction Experience (i.e. levee repair, dams, reservoirs, concrete structures, water control structure repairs and builds)
-Must have attended a professionally accredited QC Management course (e.g. conducted by the US Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facility Engineering Command, including a current certification within the last 5 years) Contractor’s self-developed programs shall not fulfill this requirement
-OSHA 30 hour completed within the last 5 years (or equivalent training) and have a minimum 1 years full time safety experience
-Worked on similar type of heavy civil relevant projects – USACE preferred
-Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strong oral, consultative and writing communication skills
-Experience using the US Army Corps of Engineering Resident Management System/Quality Control System – Preferred
-Proficient knowledge working with QCS/RMS
-Must be able to be on project anywhere throughout North America, Relocation is NOT required
