Are you an experienced Quality Improvement Practitioner? Would you like to be part of establishing a cross boundary team and approach to Quality Improvement? Do you have the knowledge and skills to help people to embed Quality Improvement practices into their everyday work? Look no further and apply to join our new Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Academy as the Quality Improvement Specialist!
This will role will be pivotal in helping us to establish a true culture of continuous improvement across our organisation and beyond.
The role will include; training and coaching staff of all levels, facilitating workshops and creativity and innovation sessions, working with leaders to establish improvement practices and much more. You will also have the opportunity to work with partners of Dartford and Gravesham Trust to build joined up processes and to build individual and team skills.
About you:
You will be an enthusiastic and experienced QI practitioner with the knowledge, skills and mind-set to embed the CQI culture. You will be a team player with the ability to work autonomously, with a primary focus on coaching others towards success.

We are a newly established team with a passion for improvement, creativity and innovation. Our soon to open innovation hub will be a central place to train and facilitate, but also a space to create and learn, with access to technology and equipment to enable staff to unleash their ideas.
