Accounts Payable:
Review of invoices, petty cash, credit cards, & other AP related transaction.
-Review payments and identify and reconcile discrepancies with appropriate parties before making payment.
-Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval and clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures.
-Communicate with vendors and departments as to the status of invoicing, payments, coding, etc and keep track and ensure on time vendor correspondence
-Ensure all expense reports are processed accurately and according to Digital14’s policies.
-Completes daily banking activities (reconciliations, reporting, etc.) efficiently, Investigate and resolve banking or cash related issues or inquires
-Initiate electronic funds transfers and record related banking transactions
-Implement and maintain accounts payable controls, processes, policies, and procedures including electronic invoice and payment processing
Financial Reporting:
Supervises and/or participates in the preparation of financial statements and reports maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.
-Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information related to accounts payable and provides other reports for internal/external use.
-Ensure latest government regulation as well international financial standard while reporting in financials.
-Manage monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts.
-Suggests/assist in the development and implementation of policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial process.
Team Leading???????:
Lead performance discussions against agreed objectives, align with team on development goals, career paths etc.
-Coach, mentor, and develops a team of accountants, helping them creatively customize successful strategies to drive individual and team results and oversee process improvement initiatives.
-Track performance of the function and team, and regularly communicate activity and results and monitor task and responsibilities of the team.
-Provides guidance, facilitation to line manager and talent acquisition team to recruit, identify, select, onboard, and retain highly skilled and diverse candidates in finance team.

We are looking for someone that has gained advanced knowledge of several diverse functions and the ability to integrate critical information within them; high level of skills in the management of major segments of the organization. Dealt with problems that are unclearly defined and sufficient information may not be available. Developed communication strategies and has significant persuasion skills that resulted in conflict management within divergent audiences. Worked in a multicultural environment and adapted your style to your audience. Translated vision into plans and guides their execution.
