As our new Quality LMS Specialist MIDI you will provide consistent regional and local business support for LMS (Learning Management System) being the responsible for regional and local curricula assignments of Boehringer Ingelheim Regulations and other compliance relevant learning interventions to all MIDI employees. You will also provide technical expertise (system business troubleshooting, advice and assistance to Learners, Curriculum Owners, Line Managers, etc.) including LOS (Learning One Source) reporting, data gathering and data analysis specific to non-compliances and the quarterly Quality Management Report on regional and local levels.

Furthermore, you will contribute with administrative and technical support to Commercial Quality function in MIDI and OPUs in various activities, such as KPIs and Trending of all commercial quality processes, Operational quality activities (Product release, Technical Products Complaints, Deviations, CAPAs), archiving and Commercial Quality Projects.

Further key responsibilities:

-Be the decision maker and owner of regional and local assignment process of regulatory relevant BI Regulations and related learning interventions for MIDI Support in collecting and reporting of Commercial Quality KPIs
-Lead MIDI business functions regarding LMS demands (e.g. creation/maintenance of items, curricula and eLearnings, use of LOS functionalities and LOS best practices)
-Development and maintenance of LOS Programs: Design engaging and interactive LOS programs for functional and/or role specific learning pathways, lead LOS learning projects, present and communicate technical functionalities to Medicine business stakeholders
-Manage LOS vendor interaction: Guide the LOS vendor staff to solve issues and provide direction to them to support the business
-Regulatory authority inspections and audits: Generate LOS learning and compliance reports to be presented to the inspectors/auditors based on the specific requests
-Operational quality activities: Collect and check the data for the local administrative batch release: release form, certificate of conformance, packing list and temperature logger data
-Commercial Quality Projects: Support in completing assigned tasks related to different quality projects in MIDI.

What you should bring to the team:

-Scientific background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary, Engineering...
-At least 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally in QA/QC and/or RA areas.
-Good communication skills
-Excellent command of the English language is mandatory. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
-You are comfortable with interacting with different stakeholders at different levels
-Strong organizational skills
-Enthusiasm, curiosity and proactive attitude
-Strong focus on solutions and results-oriented execution
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team
-Strong analytical skills (comfortable with MS Excel) and interest in digital tools
