Job Purpose and Impact
The Continuous improvement system specialist, FSQR will support the implementation of SAP QM as the FSQR Data Expert for the 2years and thereafter lead the governance of managing specification in the business.
In this role, you will partner closely with site operations teams and global information technology to identify and implement information technology systems and system process improvements. You will support the site specifications team to identify improvement opportunities in the FSQR function. Together with the Global FSQR lead for BOSC CCC, the CCC Specifications Management Lead will promote standardization of procedures/ways of working, specifications, analysis methods, specification maintenance across the business.
Key Accountabilities
• Identify the information technology system requirements within manufacturing operations and align on the systems roadmap.
• Work and support the site specification team to identify improvement opportunities in the FSQR function. Together with the Global FSQR lead for BOSC CCC, the CCC specification management lead will promote standardization of procedures/ways of working, specifications, analysis methods, specification maintenance across the business.
• Partner with the relevant manufacturing function within the relevant business unit to ensure that the function and its key processes are sufficiently stable and people are sufficiently prepared to embark upon the installation of a new system.
• Responsible for the successful implementation of new information technology systems or modules as part of a system within the manufacturing space, while simultaneously coordinating with other relevant teams to ensure an effective integrated solution.
• Collaborate with the relevant site operations team and global information technology to define and provide the metrics required for measuring performance in the areas of production, quality, and plant maintenance and instill the use of the measures in driving performance improvement.
• Accountable for the value realization of projects undertaken and take ownership of the identification and measurement of situations where value has been added through systems implementation or process improvement.
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications
• University degree or equivalent, FSQR experience, Continuous Improvement experience
• 4+ years of experience in QM/FSQR Specifications Management; experience in SAP QM projects
Preferred Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in Operations/FSQR/CI or related function
• 5+ Experience in implementation and support of ERP systems
• Experience working in the SAP QM solution space
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of FSQR and CI processes
• Very strong ability and appetite to learn and apply new concepts
