OVERALL SUMMARY
Join Close Brothers Central Change Team where you will be responsible for developing, managing and rolling out the Business Change / Business Readiness framework across the Bank to ensure projects and programmes adopt best practice to ensure successful delivery and implementation of the projects and programmes as part of the investment plan. Our ideal team member will have previous experience in relevant project development life-cycles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Close Brothers utilises the SFIAPlus skills framework, in partnership with BCS
Business Change, Business Readiness, implementation planning and management (SFIA Level 5)
• Defines and communicates the approach for change management & implementation planning for a significant part of the organisation.
• Initiates, plans and leads business change activities for strategic, large and complex change management initiatives
Acceptance testing (SFIA Level 6)
• Obtains organisational commitment to deliver high quality systems, products and services focussed on delivering to user requirements and business benefits.
• Maintains an overview of the business environment, required outcomes and potential exposures.
Benefits management (SFIA Level 5)
• Leads activities required in the creation and realisation of the benefits of each part of the change programme.
• Identifies specific metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits and plans to activate these mechanisms at the required time.
Organisational Facilitation (SFIA Level 5)
• Facilitates and coaches focussed work groups on a continuous basis to deliver defined goals and outcomes.
• Supports focussed work groups and teams to learn, to solve problems collaboratively and to improve team performance.

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant project development life-cycles, and the environment in which they operate.
• Have in-depth knowledge of business change, acceptance testing, implementation planning and readiness management, benefits realisation and risk management.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor virtual teams in a practice-based model across a matrix structured organisation to develop and grow business change skills and capabilities across the organisation.
• Understand the interdependencies of business processes and information systems. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
