Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Accelerated Continuous Improvement Deployment Lead (Open to Remote) will play a strategic role in deployment execution excellence activities across enterprises, functions and regions. The purpose of this role is to drive required change and value in a timely manner by partnering with enterprise, business and function leaders to successfully deploy the Cargill ACI process and framework. This professional owns ACI deployments and Execution Maturity Assessments at business and functional level and will oversee and coordinate the tactical execution of the ACI roadmap.

Key Accountabilities

• Engage with business leadership, functional leadership and regional TMO/ACIs to plan and execute deployments and assessments in roadmap.
• Directly provide updates on the project/portfolio objectives, performance measures, issues and risks to partners and management.
• Monitor and implement continuous improvement best practices.
• Develop and handle continuous improvement plans for projects with low cost and risk, reaching and sustaining project goals.
• Conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies that meet business needs.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years experience in transformation processes and managing products.
• Proven experience leading transformation/continuous improvement activities for a business or function

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma/Agile methodologies
• Experience working within a large global organization
• Understanding and application of principles, concepts and standards around business process improvements and portfolio/project management
• Experience and proven track record in project and change management (broad scope and cross-functional)
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, can adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Strong communication skills - written and spoken
• Ability to travel up to 25%
