Havilah is looking for its special someone, that loves Tasmania as much as we do. You're hungry to celebrate the exceptional produce our island has to offer and make meaningful connections with local growers and makers. This is an opportunity to:

• Create menus that reflect the seasonal and unique nature of Tasmania
• Contribute to Tassie's growing food reputation

Havilah is seeking a passionate and experienced chef to lead the kitchen at Launceston's best wine bar. You'll help shape our food identity through a short, produce-driven food menu.

This is a great opportunity to become a key member of a passionate and professional team, at an already well-regarded venue, that wants to continue to build on its food reputation. If you're motivated and reliable, interested in running your own small kitchen and expressing your creativity through the consistent delivery of tasty, produce-driven food—we'd love to hear from you.

• Great communication, calm and composed demeanour
• Outstanding time management during peak prep and service periods.

You'll be part of a small team that has a healthy and realistic approach to the hospitality industry.
