• Support Process Owner and Quality programs during Production Panels , inflow control boards
• Collect, clusterize, prioritize, analyze, recurring Root causes and ensure Production deviation prevention plan is coherent, effective and deployed within all Airbus POA sites.
• Support Process Teams, and actively participate in Process improvement and adherence.
• Building or facilitating Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) with the various member/organizations involved in the issue
• Be part of a Team working on POA Compliance, Production and Safety Processes where polyvalence and expertise are the rule.
• Shape the evolution of your activity, bring new ideas and be a part of APSYS future.
Are you THE one ?
• Generalist or Aeronautical Engineer
• Knowledge in general physics of aircraft, avionics systems / ATA chapters
• Familiar with Airbus BMS, and EASA requirements related to POA
• Knowledge in manufacturing and production assembly (especially mechanical aspects)
• Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis methods (9S, Ishikawa, 5 WHY…)
• Analytical & problem solving mind
• English fluent
• Ability in communication, negotiation
• Technical analysis and synthesis capacity
• Ability to lead and make reporting
• Knowledge in safety analysis, airworthiness and regulation is a plus.
