Pearson has undertaken a major transformation to move from a federated set of businesses to a new ‘One Pearson’ structure over the last five years. There are a number of programs and initiatives underway to ensure our infrastructure, data and systems can support the One Pearson structure.

Through the Enabling Program (TEP) we are implementing standard global processes supported by new technology which will simplify our operating model and transform the way Pearson's business operates and give us improved insight into our financial performance.
