About this role

The Infrastructure Solutions Transformation Manager is responsible for pan-Infrastructure Solutions transformation, working with stakeholders across the business to understand their business and create and deliver a plan that meets strategic objectives as well as more local business needs. This will make improvements for customers and grow the business.

You'll have the following responsibilities

• Responsibility across 8 products and 5 functions within Infrastructure Solutions and will deliver change across all areas including operating model, people, systems, process, policy, process and qualification.
• Accountable for transformation that is across multiple functions in Infrastructure Solutions and also the governance of all transformation activity across Infrastructure Solutions.
• Implement new governance to ensure all transformation is communicated and that we own the systems transformation workstack.
• Work with the operations team to develop recommendations and agree how transformation will be delivered and leading the execution of the plan.
• Responsible for the delivery of the Infrastructure Solutions’ strategy, ensuring the delivery and growth of a business.

You'll have the following skills & experience

• All products within Infrastructure Solutions (Single Network Rearrangement, MDU, Repayments, Fibre enquiries, National Notice Handling Centre/Maps by Email, CFP, Copper New Sites, Fibre New Sites), strong understanding of the organisation and business.
• Knowledge and understanding of key systems used across the business.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure Solutions business and strategy.
• Strong strategic capability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills required due to the variety and levels of engagement required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and technical knowledge with the ability to tailor approach and style depending on audience.
• Programme and project management experience across multiple business units and products.
