As Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be working in a dual capacity to support the sales side of the business “revenue driving” as well as the sales operations team “reporting, campaign rollout, marketing, rooming, etc”, Depending on what time of year it is each of these tasks will take turns being your priority.

In the next 6 months you will:

• You will assist in documentation and ongoing quality assurance testing of all operational flows which have been created and implemented including but not limited to Notion, Spekit, Salesforce and Product flows in relation to Large Group
• You will work with the Supply Operations Manager to ensure all cross functional needs are being met including ensuring updates and deliverables are rolled out to the appropriate stakeholders by their deadlines; ie marketing assets, projection reports and tech quality assurance review
• Support Management in identifying any operational gaps. Attending pod lead/team weekly calls to aid in identifying challenges, reporting gaps, and properly escalating to ensure next steps are clearly defined. Success will be measured by sales agents regularly self serving in regards to updating salesforce, utilizing reports and using tech
• Become proficient in understanding Projection reporting in Salesforce, Looker, Admin Backend and PowerBI; regularly auditing to ensure accuracy of all reporting and escalating any hygiene issues, churn trends, as well as positive milestones on a weekly basis (what success looks like; either a report weekly, etc)
• You will support Management in the training and onboarding of new hires including auditing training material, documenting goals and tracking KPIs
• You will support Special Projects as needed including but not limited to rooming, inventory and airfare for programs as well as internal events such as conferences, sales interns or team offsites.
